DM1100、DM1300、PC-65、LD2200 mulch film machine are ideal machines that import of advanced technology from Japan and used to produce LDPE mulch film.And at the same time,it can produce ultramicro film of LDPE/LLDPE.
结构特点：
Structural features:
1、主机采用分离式螺杆，强力输送衬套，保证物料的塑化及混炼。
1.The host machine adopts separating screw and it can transfer the bush better.
2、采用圆筒式长效过滤网或液压快换装置。
2.The machine adopts the filter screen of cylindrical type or the device of hydraulic pressure and quick change.
3、模头采用中心进料式螺旋流道。
3.The die head adopts sprial passageway of central feeding.
4、冷却采用低风压大风量风机。
4. Cooling adopts the fan of low wind pressure and big air quantity.
5、卷取机采用摩擦式卷取。
5. Recoiling machine adopts friction style.
