A PVC tape with a high performance adhesives which has uniform adhesive thickness.
331-T protective tape resist to solvents, moisture and high temperature.
This tape can be applied for mainly wafer dicing process of semiconductor manufacturing.
331-T protective tape do not contain any dust or foreign materials and free from defects such
as dirt or wrinkle.
